The time has come... this time

Of course, this is the week after the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona so impressions are bound to be slightly skewed, but given the amount of talk, and announcements, it really is looking like 2011 is the year of mobile payments. With Starbucks announcing that a million mobile payments have been made in a little less than a month via its virtual Starbucks card for mobiles, how long will it be before we can start paying for that no fat, no foam, double, tall latte in downtown Baku?
